Refund and cancellation policy

How plans are sold

AIVideoCaption plans are prepaid passes of 30 days: the Occasional pass, Creator and Pro. To buy one, fill in the short request form on the pricing page. We contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email, you pay through UPI, bank transfer or a payment link, and we activate the plan on your account, usually within 24 hours on business days. The Free plan never costs anything.

No automatic renewal

Plans do not renew on their own and you are never charged again without asking. When 30 days end, the plan simply stops. There is nothing to cancel. Unused transcription minutes do not carry over to a new pass.

When you get a full refund

Plan not activated. If we have not activated your plan within 3 business days of your payment, you can ask for a full refund.

Change of mind before use. If you have not used any transcription minutes from the plan, ask within 7 days of payment for a full refund.

Paid twice. Duplicate or mistaken payments are refunded in full.

After you start using a plan

Once transcription minutes from a plan have been used, the payment is not refundable, because processing has already been carried out for you. If a technical fault on our side stops the service from working and we cannot fix it within 7 days, we will refund the unused part of your plan in proportion to the minutes left.

How to request a refund

Email rushirathod943@gmail.com from your account email with the payment reference (UPI reference or transaction ID) and the reason. Please never send card numbers, PINs or passwords.

Timelines

We reply within 3 business days. An approved refund is sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days; your bank may take a little longer to show it.
