Using AIVideoCaption

AIVideoCaption helps you upload videos, create and edit subtitles, and export finished files. You are responsible for the videos and other material you upload, including having the rights needed to use them.

Keep your account access secure. Do not upload unlawful material, attempt to disrupt the service, or use another person’s account without permission.

Output and availability

Automatic transcription and timing may need your review. Please check the words, timing and final export before publishing. We may need to pause the service for maintenance or to resolve technical issues.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are one-time, prepaid passes of 30 days, bought on the pricing page and paid through Razorpay. Prices are offered in supported currencies. The selected currency is used for checkout and payment. Fixed prices may differ between currencies. Prices are shown before 18% GST, and the total including GST is shown before you pay. A plan starts when the payment is confirmed and does not renew automatically. Buying a new plan while one is active starts the new plan straight away, ends the current one, and its unused minutes do not carry over. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Your data and account
