Dutch captions that make every explanation easier to follow

A timed draft saves the typing. The useful edit comes next: make long terms, names and pauses readable while the video keeps moving.

01 / The workflow

Generate Dutch text from Dutch audio

Upload your video, select Dutch and review the timed subtitle draft. AIVideoCaption transcribes the source speech and lets you export a styled MP4 or a separate SRT file.

If the recording is in another language, selecting Dutch does not translate it. Choose the language that is actually spoken. For a class, interview or product demo, keep the video playing while you check the first transcript pass.

02 / Text and layout

Give names and long words a little room

Dutch compounds and product terms can take up a surprising amount of a short caption line. Check their spelling against a script or screen label, then preview the line at the actual video size. If the frame feels crowded, change the cue grouping or style before changing the speaker’s words.

Keep the phrase legible over the footage.

Names and regional wording deserve the same attention. A clear transcript follows the person speaking rather than polishing away their voice.

03 / Two voices

Follow the turn in an interview

When a conversation cuts quickly between people, a caption can remain technically timed yet feel too late or too dense. Watch the transition with audio and picture together. Check who is speaking, replay overlapping words and give each complete response enough time to read.

  • PlacementKeep text off faces and labels.
